What To Do When Overwhelmed

By Dee Scown

September 5, 2017

“Overwhelm” is this a common theme for you? When you get together with other women, your sisterhood, do you discuss the loads you carry? Can you overcome this dis-ease?

Our society seems to expect women to runabout, have a job or business, and still get it all done, perfect house, garden, each child has sport, music, language and a healthy social life too!

This all results in chronic illness, relationship breakups, break downs or hiding bits that don’t measure up, think hoarder house.

That was me 5 years ago, then I fell terribly ill, I couldn’t do any of it!

Are you already there? Are you on your way there? Please don’t make the mistakes I made, learn from my mistakes instead.

Start to listen to the universe, stop listening to the chatter that you are surrounded by. Then your life really will start to change in the most amazing ways.

You will move through life more smoothly, stop being nervous around others, (regardless of their perceived status) and you will recognise that you are where you are meant to be and how you are meant to be right at this VERY moment.

You will begin to enjoy each moment more and more and the learning each provides will carry you forward and upward.
